Terms and Conditions
Use and access.

These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to users (hereinafter “User” or “Users”, indistinctively), the use and access to service, and the web page www.molinosagro.com.ar (hereinafter, the “Web Page”).

User shall be understood as any person accessing the site, accessing, navigating, using or participating in the services and activities developed in the Web Page.

Users’ obligations.

The use of the Web Page implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User, who undertakes to use the Web Page in accordance with the law of the Argentine Republic regarding any product or service offered in the Web Page, who submits to the jurisdiction of the corresponding non-federal courts. Moreover, the User undertakes to respect the moral and good costumes generally accepted and the public policy.

The User shall be responsible for the confidentiality and use of their user identification and password (both for the user and any other person). The User shall follow any reasonable instruction given through the Web Page, to ensure the confidentiality of the user identification and prevent any non-authorized person from accessing the service. Any order, executed acceptance under the user identification and password shall be construed as executed by the authorized User. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions shall entitle Molinos Agro S.A. (hereinafter, “MOA”), or whom it may designate, to remove the quality of registered User from the infringer and, therefore, denying them access to the Web Page.

Intellectual property.

All Web Page content, including, without limitation to: texts (including comments, expositions and reproductions), graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video files, software and each and all features appearing in the Web Page are the exclusive permanent property of MOA. The user undertakes not to violate or infringe this intellectual property and accepts all required measures to preserve and protect these rights.

The contents are protected by the author’s right and the User is strictly prohibited to modify, copy, reproduce, replicate, translate, use the information, transmit or otherwise distribute the content of the Web Page.

Limitation of liability.

The use of this Web Page shall be carried under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User. Said responsibility shall extend to the use, by the User of any third party, of any password or alike assigned for the access to the Web Page or any of its services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Web Page reserves the right to deny, at any time and without prior notice, the access to the Web Page to those users who infringe these general conditions, or any particularities applied in each case.

The User undertakes full responsibility against MOA and third parties for damages of any kind that arise or may arise as a consequence of the use of the Web Page, thus, the User shall indemnify and hold harmless MOA and any third party against any claim (including professional fees) that may be applicable in the indicated cases.

The Access and use of this Web Page by minors is the exclusive responsibility of their parents and guardians, and their use implies the authorization by adults, releasing MOA of any responsibility in such respect.
The User and his or her father, mother or guardian, should the User be a minor, understand and accept that:

a) the use of the Web Page is at their own risk;

b) MOA does not guarantee that the Web Page is suited to their needs;

c) the Web Page may be suspended or interrupted;

d) the Web Page may contain errors;

e) MOA reserves the right to end the Web Page;

f) MOA shall not be responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, including, without any limitation to, damages produced by the loss or deterioration of information;

g) is the only responsible for the information contents transmitted through this Web Page.

Term and modification.

MOA may modify the terms and conditions stipulated herein, in whole or partially, publishing any change in the same form these general conditions appear or through any type of communication addressed to the Users. The temporal term of these terms and conditions coincides, thereby, with the time of its exposition in the Web Page and until their modification in whole or partially.

MOA may end, suspend or interrupt, at any time and without any prior notice, the access to the contents of the Web Page, without giving the User the possibility to claim any compensation whatsoever. Upon said termination, the prohibitions of content use herein exposed shall remain valid in this general regulation.

Personal data protection.

The holder of the personal data has the power to exercise the right of access to said data for free at intervals not less than six months, unless he or she accredits legitimate interest to such end pursuant to the provisions set forth in Section 14(3) of Law 25.326. THE NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION, Supervising Body of Law No. 25.326, has the power to address reports and claims filed regarding any noncompliance with the rules on personal data protection. The holder may, at any time, request the withdrawal or blockage of his or her name of the data banks referred to in this Section (Law 25.326 – section 27(3)).
